The Eclipse Begins...
As part of a rare event that occurs only once every few millenia, the twin moons of Palleth, Gala and Fel, have recently become eclipsed, but for some reason this exciting, natural event that was supposed to last only a few short hours has stretched out over the course of many days. People are beginning to speculate about this unusual phenomenon being an ill omen. They whisper about shadows in the dark, and bizarre disappearences that have been cropping up all over the place. You aren't sure what to believe, or where to turn, but unfortunately somehow you've still wound up in the center of it all.
You were alone when it happened...
When it came to you, a writhing mess that choked words out at you in a language you could hardly understand. Pulled down into the endless dark by a horrifying creature swathed entirely in shadow. When you next come to, you're in a world thats both all too similar, and entirely different from the one you'd been in only moments prior, and as you stand to dust yourself off and look around at the vast calamity that surrounds you, only one thought comes to mind.
You must find a way out of this place.
Event Guide
Below you will find more information and links to the main event prompts. We ask that you please read this section carefully to understand how to participate in this years event!
For this event there are 2 separate Paths:
Users will be required to choose 1 path, and stick to it for the duration of the event.
- Path A - Meant to be a quicker, easier route for those just wanting to complete the basic event storyline.
- Path B - A more involved path for those wanting to challenge themselves and delve a bit more into the details of the storyline and do a bit more character exploration.
Both paths have similar completion rewards; however, path 2 comes with an additional bonus reward that can only be obtained by completing the entire path.
Below is a visual of the requirements needed in order to complete each path, and the list of final completion rewards you'll gain from finishing them:
Remember: Once you pick a path, you will be required to stick to that path for the duration of the event, so please choose carefully before submitting your entries!

BADGES
Additionally, users who complete either path will recieve a commemorative badge for finishing the event based on whether they took more passive routes or more conflict routes during their completion of Prompt 3 "Confronting a God."

An unknown character guides you through the Starfix. They seem friendly enough, and they help you fill in the gaps in your memory, but you both are weakening fast, and you now must risk your lives to save both yourself and the whole of Palleth.

!Event Raffles!
There are 3 raffles that are open for the duration of the event. 2 are FFA, meaning anyone with an account can enter. 1 is for FTO only, meaning only users that currently do not own a grem may enter. All three raffles will close on September 15th at 11:59pm EST. These raffles are free to enter.

Event Sales
Additionally, we are going to be hosting a special advent sale that will take place over the course of the event. This sale will feature 5 Weregrem designs all created by our lovely moderator team!
You can take a look at the calendar below. It lists the dates of the upcoming sales and the names of who's design is to be posted that day. The team did an amazing job and created some amazing designs, and we hope that you all will be as excited for them as we are!

FAQ
What if I only partially complete a path?
- Users who only partially complete "Path A" will not be elligible to recieve a completion reward.
- Users who partially complete "Path B" may be eligible to recieve Path A's completion reward if they meet Path A's completion requirements. Otherwise they will be inelligible to recieve a completion reward.
BAdges: What if I DON'T GO FULL PACIFIST / CONFLICT RUN FOR PATH B?
- Badge awards are based on which action you take more of, so if you have more pacifist completions than conflict ones, you will recieve the pacifist badge and vice versa. Users who only partially complete "Path B" with different outcomes (meaning a 50/50 split) will have to choose which badge they wish to recieve. If this is the case, please be sure to inform us via your completion claim which badge you intend to collect by the end of the claim period.
Do i have to use the same grem in every prompt?
- No. You may use different grems in each prompt, and even include the grems of others (with permission of course!) Many of the prompts also can be completed as gift art, meaning you dont need to include your own grem at all, and can instead use another users grem so long as you have permission to do so!
Do i need a grem in order to participate?
- Nope! Same as above. If you don't own a grem you are also welcome to use the [Community Grems] for your submissions instead!
