Your grem has been pulled into a world that is both familiar, and completely destroyed. Its pieces hang suspended in time around you, and as you look through the echoes of this once recognizable place, you feel lost. Ghostly beings silently navigate their way through this torn and shredded world towards large sprawling trees, while shadowy beasts prowl the streets for their souls. You are not alone here, but nothing seems familiar...  Until you meet a very unlikely friend.

 

Objectives:

  • Depict your grem navigating the Starfix Realm. They are free to explore this place as they please. What sort of approach do they take? Are they curious and adventurous, or cautious and fearful? 

Restrictions: 

  •  This prompt can only be completed ONCE per user. 
  • Pieces submitted must be created uniquely for this prompt. Pre-existing pieces cannot be submitted.
  • This prompt CAN be completed as gift art using another users grem (with permission)!
    • If you do not own a Grem, then the [Community Grems] are also available for use if you'd prefer to use them instead. 

  • EVENT EXTRA - If you include the [Mysterious Companion] in your prompt entry and meet the requirements listed under "STORY NPC BONUS" on the [Gibs Earning Guide] then you will be elligible to recieve the Story NPC Bonus for this prompt!

Minimum Requirements:

 > Pieces submitted can either be Drawn (digital/traditional) or Written.

  • This prompt CAN be completed as gift art!
  • Including other grems is allowed for this prompt however a focus grem must still be present and meet the requirements listed below.
    • Please be sure you have permission from other owners before including their Grems in your entry! You can view characters open for gift art here.
    • Any grems present in your entry must have an up-to-date masterlist entry and all designs present in an entry must match with their current masterlist images. (Ex: If you have recently redesigned your grem, you will have to wait until the masterlist has updated with the new version before including it in an entry.)

  • Collabs are not allowed, the entire entry must be created solely by you!
  • Plagiarism will not be tolerated. Please do not submit works that are not your own.
    • Artwork cannot be traced or made using pre-existing templates/bases  (including memes.) (References towards memes are ok, but the piece should still be largely original content.)

Drawn pieces: 

  • Entries should be at minimum cleanly lined & coloured (Lineless work is allowed but must be cleanly portrayed.) 
  • A simple, minimal, or partial background is required for this prompt.
  • Your piece is NOT required to be shaded. 
  • Your main grem must be present in the image and at least 50% of their body should be clearly visible.
  • If your character is heavily obstructed/obscured (Whether by blurring, effects, clothing, or shading.) so much so that we cannot tell who/where they are or easily make out the detail in the piece, then your entry will be declined.

Written pieces:

  •  Written entries must be at least 800 words, and primarily feature your main grem.
  • If submitting through a google doc entry, please be sure your link is set to “shareable” so that it can be opened and viewed by the prompt team.

  When submitting your entry, please be sure to fill out the "Characters" and "Rewards" section, as well as any forms needed in the "Comments" section. Submissions that fail to do this may be sent back to the user so that characters used and any reward choices they may have forgotten can be added. For more info on how to submit a prompt, see here!
