Claims and Prompts

◈How to Submit a claim◈

Claims are used to make any requests that can't normally be filled automatically by the site.

You can use claims to:

  • Fix an error with your masterlist entry or inventory
    • Ownership, Trait details, Image versions, etc.
  • Request to change an MYO Slot item into an MYO Slot on the masterlist
  • Claim items or currency which are owed
  • Fix an error with rewards

And more! You can use a claim for anything you are not sure of, including asking a mod to help . Submit a claim by clicking "Submit" > "Submit Claim" on the top right of the site. Once on the page:

  • Submission URL or Subject
    A topic such as MYO Slot creation, or an image such as a screenshot of the issue
  • Comments
    Please explain your issue in full.
  • Rewards
    Rewards can be added if you are asking for items or currency to be adjusted.
  • Characters
    This is for rewarding character EXP. You can add the character that is the focus of the issue, but if not it doesn't matter and you can leave this blank.

 

◈How to submit a prompt◈

Prompts are available through events and as seasonal activities to earn Gibs (currency).
You can submit a prompt by clicking "Submit" > "Submit Prompt" on the top right of the site.
Fill out the form like so:

  • Prompt
    The prompt you are entering for
  • Submission URL
    A link to your entry. It doesn't matter where it's hosted (discord, google drive, sta.sh. etc)
  • Comments
    Some prompts or events will require you to fill out a submission form when sending in your entry. Any submission forms will need to be filled out in this section. If none are listed, then you can leave this area blank! 
  • Rewards
    Default rewards will fill in automatically! Some prompts may have bonus rewards or choice selections, which you would add manually here. Any applicable bonuses to your payout amount should also be included here. Please check the prompt info to be sure which bonuses and rewards are available for that prompt!
  • Characters
    This section is for rewarding character EXP and double checking masterlist entries. You must always add any characters that are included in your prompt into this section, even if there are no EXP rewards, to ensure they are properly linked to the submission and able to be verified later.
