Pepper was commissioned by an Archeologist by hobby named Tony Jones. He was a man who had made millions with his discoveries and contributions to museums. Pepper became the daughter he never had as Tony never married. He brought her everywhere with him, to museum openings, galas, even on the digs he joined. She took in everything he taught her like a sponge, taking on the man's love of Dinosaurs and prehistoric creatures. She quickly started to lead her own digs, showing she was every bit Tony's daughter. But it was on one of these digs that tragedy struck. Tony was overseeing part of the dig when the bluff that he was standing on crumbled beneath him, causing a landslide. It was a minor one to be true but fatal for Tony. And now even the strength of his daughter's recessive rush wasnt enough to get him free before it was too late. 

Pepper was devastated at the loss of Tony and took many months to grieve him. In the light of his death, Pepper inherited his Estate and became determined to see one of her father's biggest fantasies come to life. She invested in Space technologies and commissioned the creation of a ship. A ship that would orbit the planet and be the home of creatures long dead. See, Tony was trying to recreate the work of fictional scientist, Dr. Henry Wu. He wanted to be able to watch and study the creatures as they lived and breathed. So she continued his work on the ship once it settled into orbit. Failing time after time after time to get the technology right to allow rebirth thriugh dna splicing. She was successful at last when she hatched a viable raptor egg and nurtured it to adulthood. That raptor (hence forth named UTA-001) paved the way for the rest of the ship's inhabitants to exist and now, Pepper acts as a caretaker and veterinarian to the creatures. Letting nature take its course while her ship rests in Palleth's orbit. 

She does dabble in robotics occasionally, creating replicas of the creatures on her ship. This lead to the successful creations of PAR-002-b and STE-004-a. And the promise of many more to join them.
