Garrett makes a careful point to come across as charismatic and easy-going as possible. Those that know him would describe him as relatively agreeable and rather thoughtful, as well as a hard worker with regards to his farm. He's attentive, though that may simply stem from his almost eerie observational skills; it's hard to hide things from him, and he always seems to remember that smallest of things mentioned in passing conversation.

Despite how much he knows about others, Garrett rarely lets others know about himself; he keeps his own life close to his chest, outside of basic conversational pieces.
