Cedar often feels like a fish out of water around his coworkers; his optimism often falls on deaf ears, and while he tries to keep work as upbeat and cheery as possible, he usually finds himself feeling stressed and out of place. His incessant positivity does tend to cross into a pushiness that he'll force onto others, insisting it can only ever be a good thing and that his ideas for team bonding should be met with nothing but enthusiasm -- or, more often than not, he'll simply keep them disguised as a surprise for them to participate in.

However, Cedar always means well. He sometimes finds himself exhausted by his own antics, but he genuinely believes in being a source of positivity in a sea of apathy and pessimism. When not in a group of others, he's often more subdued, and sometimes even lets his own stress seep out. Overall, he's a reliable friend that is more than happy to be a shoulder to cry on.
