Cool, calm, and collected, Raleigh is an enigmatic grem who often keeps his emotions to himself. Others have called him blunt, monotone, and a bit apathetic -- all things which are outwardly true. He has a habit of masking any genuine feelings with ironic and disingenuous humor, as well as keeping those around him at arms-length at all times. It's a rare occurence for him to open up in any capacity, to anyone -- even those he'd consider close by his own standards. 

While mysterious, he can be amusing to be around, always one to crack jokes and make witty comments about the things happening around him; and while he's good at keeping a level head during chaotic situations, he also has a habit of ill-timed quips and humor.
