Bolivar was created to be a model Grem 2 but he escaped from his owners very quickly and moved to a different city to start a new life. He has a bad attitude problem and no respect for authority figures, so he made himself at home in the underground scene of the city.
He isn't a fighter Grem... but he does like to fight. If he fought an actual Grem made for fighting he'd get his ass kicked.

While in a bar he heard a young grem rapping to a small crowd. After her set he made it a point to drunkenly tell her that her background music was terrible. This tiny grem defended herself, though, and Bolivar respected it. After following her a bit and seeing different performances, they ended up trying a jam session together and actually had fun (rare for Bolivar). Ever since they've been performing together. Mia the rapper and Bolivar making all her mixes and music for her.

Bolivar is a douche and there's no better way to say it. He'll fight you for a hot chick. He'll fight you for spilling a drink. If you look fightable, he'll probably try.
If you're attractive, he's a hoe. And a persuasive and handsome one, at that.
