The water moved and pulled at Pyaari as he walked towards the towering figure. The dead God’s eyes dripping as he heard her wailing cries. He thought back to what the Grem before had told her about Mare, murdered by Lapsus. His eyes met the wound she still had from the encounter, even as now just a skeleton, leaking the same blue dripping from what remained of her eyes. Pyaari could feel the pain, he could see the lingering memories from so long ago. He could feel his fists clench at his sides, realising that the long dead gone before him was not his enemy, rather a victim.
